Character Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Character Artist to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for creating game-ready clothing and accessories that bring our characters to life.
Responsibilities- Design and create high-quality, game-ready clothing and accessories using industry-standard techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with other artists and designers to ensure consistency and accuracy in character creation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of character anatomy, movement, and cloth deformation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills and workflows.
- 3+ years of experience in character creation, with a focus on clothing and accessories.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and cloth deformation.
- Proficiency in Maya, Z-Brush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Experience with high-fidelity 3D modeling and sculpting techniques, as well as high-poly to low-poly surface/detail baking.
- Knowledge of PBR texture/material workflows and experience with authoring photo-realistic textures.
- Photo-real character modeling and texturing, including hair, clothing, and likeness.
- Full game-ready outfits that demonstrate your workflow.
- Concept to model experience is a plus.
