Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Producers, Technical Artists, and Engineers.
  • Develop and document efficient workflows and processes.
  • Establish visual targets and create prototypes to guide the artistic direction.
  • Lead the creation of compelling and high-quality character models and assets.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists within the team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Character Artist in the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rigging.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, proportions, and character design principles.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
