Compensation: Base Salary - $52,500 + Profit Sharing

We are looking for recent graduates to participate in our Management Training Program. This full-time, salaried role includes a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for profit sharing.

Please be aware that successful candidates may need to relocate within Canada for training purposes, and relocation assistance will be provided. Opportunities are available nationwide.

Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will navigate through a four-phase program designed to familiarize you with every facet of our operations—from logistics and customer service to management and employee development. You will cultivate your own sales territory and deliver outstanding customer service while receiving mentorship and support from experienced managers and colleagues across Canada.

Program Structure:

Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Develop product knowledge and gain practical experience in the logistical operations of the business.

Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from addressing customer service inquiries to managing large-scale projects and resolving complex issues.

Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development by identifying new opportunities, selling our products, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong customer partnerships.

Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Step into a leadership role, guiding a team, mentoring others, and driving the business forward by developing strategic vision and operational excellence.

Upon completing the training phases, you will be well-prepared to take on managerial responsibilities at one of our Profit Center locations across Canada.
