Scotiabank is seeking talented individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program, a comprehensive training program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a wealth advisory role.

Program Overview

The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program that focuses on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and entrepreneurial skills to succeed in a wealth advisory role
  • Build strong client relationships and provide financial advice
  • Collaborate with wealth teams to gain practical experience and support
  • Attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a wealth management advisory role

Requirements
  • Completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or an experienced worker with a passion for client relationships and financial advice

  • Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
