About the Role

SaskIT Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Manage and maintain the office environment, including ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
