Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will:
1. Provide nutritional guidance to patients, encompassing assessment, counseling, education, evaluation, and management.
2. Design, implement, and assess educational programs for patients and their families, ensuring clarity in the care plan.
3. Identify suitable interventions for recognized patient issues, symptoms, behavioral modifications, and educational requirements.
Policy Compliance:
Adhere to clinic policies and procedures in alignment with state, federal, and organizational standards. Participate in the review of policies and procedures as needed.
Committee Involvement:
Engage in clinic committees to contribute to operational improvements.
Reporting Duties:
Generate and prepare operational and statistical reports for management and regulatory bodies, aiding in informed decision-making and compliance with regulations.
