GPS Tracking Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication, account planning, and sales activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to meet the needs of different clients and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Client Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies and account management approaches.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
