About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Digital Manager with a robust background in digital marketing and technical brand development experience to join our dynamic team at Inforesight Consumer Products Inc.
This role will be pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and execution of our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a leader and both creative and analytical, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that increase brand awareness and market share.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Work with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new product launches and updates.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor social media posts and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
3. Content Creation:
- Create and/or coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content for various marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
4. Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the marketing budget and track expenses.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies and tactics.
6. Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Demonstrated ability to link developed strategy and marketing/digital actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
