Floral Merchandising Specialist
Join a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing floral and plant displays across various retail locations.
Position Overview
Brand Momentum is seeking a dedicated Floral Merchandising Specialist to operate independently at multiple retail outlets, contributing approximately 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute merchandising duties at designated retail locations.
- Oversee the maintenance of floral sections, including restocking and managing plant health.
- Address inventory shortages and ensure product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness of display areas, including dusting and general upkeep.
- Water and care for plants and flowers to ensure optimal presentation.
- Complete and submit daily visit and call reports.
- Conduct bi-weekly store visits to maintain strong relationships with store management.
- Remove any dead foliage or unsellable products from displays.
- Document displays through photography for reporting purposes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building lasting business relationships. Experience in merchandising within a retail setting is advantageous, though not mandatory. A passion for gardening and plant care will enhance your success in this role.
Requirements
Preferred home location within a reasonable distance from retail sites.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must possess a smartphone and have internet access.
