Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial sites throughout the Hamilton and GTA area, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of grounds-keeping crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Manage snow removal and ice management operations during the winter months, ensuring that all properties are safe and accessible.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticultural Studies, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and other software applications.
