About This Role

As a Floral Designer at Fortinos, you'll play a vital role in creating beautiful and inspiring floral arrangements for our customers. You'll be responsible for crafting stunning designs using fresh, silk, and dried flowers, while also providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the merchandising of floral products.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements to meet diverse customer needs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on flower selection, care, and arrangement styles.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and organized floral department, ensuring products are fresh and displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with the team to implement merchandising strategies and promotional displays for floral products.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
