Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Harris Meats & Groceries (2013) Inc. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and processing inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Stock shelves and display areas to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of trash
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about store inventory
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve inventory management goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
