Position Overview

The role of a Dining Operations Supervisor at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc involves overseeing the daily functions of our culinary establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance to maintain service excellence.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Recruit and train new team members.
  • Establish staff work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing financial reports.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
