The role of a Dining Operations Supervisor at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc involves overseeing the daily functions of our culinary establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance to maintain service excellence.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- Establish staff work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing financial reports.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Analyze costs associated with products and services.
- Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
- Organize and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
