Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at TROVENT GROUP CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to support business decisions, including tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a team environment.
