Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized optimally.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all agreements are fair and beneficial to the company.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Sales Department Management: Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of our sales department, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to the company's work conditions and physical capabilities policies.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and time-management skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English (work language).
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
