Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the farm
* Level earth to fine grade specifications and maintain quality control records
* Oversee the activities of clearing the fields and ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
* Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
* Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
* Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
* Maintain quality control and production records

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Physically demanding work environment
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control records
