Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Patients with Daily Living Activities
    • Help patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Assist with feeding and serving meal trays
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Monitor and Report Patient Conditions
    • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
    • Monitor patients' overall condition and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment
    • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
    • Supply and empty bed pans
    • Transport patients between care facilities
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team
    • Work closely with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
