Caregiver Assistant

Hannestha Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients.
- Help patients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking, standing, and sitting.
- Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
- Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with multiple priorities.
- Stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work in a team environment with other healthcare professionals.
- Client focus and dependability.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
