As the Merchandise Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Visual Standards throughout the store. Your focus will be on executing impactful Floorsets, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring the store is consistently prepared for guests through efficient replenishment. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual presentation, you will collaborate with your team to achieve excellence in merchandising. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Passion for Merchandising: You will enhance the guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
- Expert in Floorsets: You will lead effective Floorset execution by training and guiding the Floorset team, establishing clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from displays to fixtures.
- Merchandising Innovator: You will maintain the store's visual appeal by managing daily merchandising tasks, adjusting sell-through strategies, and overseeing replenishment. Your ability to identify merchandising opportunities will be key in collaborating with leadership to take action.
- Team-Oriented: You will assist the Merchandising Team Leader in educating the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising practices, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
- People-Centric: You will prioritize the guest experience, fostering a culture of recognition and celebrating team achievements.
- Integrity Focused: You will ensure compliance with store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, committed to strategies that reduce shrinkage while adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
