We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
