About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Management Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Private Banking sector, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and advice to our discerning high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior advisors with administrative tasks related to managing clients' accounts, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Offer top-quality customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
  • Open and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the administrative link between operational departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to business development and financial transactions, including preparing portfolio analyses and financial planning.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial markets and trends, ensuring you are well-informed to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

You will be part of a passionate and dedicated team that is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with sector members and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Requirements
  • Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience in a financial services or related field.
  • Office administration studies, an asset.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Successful completion or current enrollment of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Business Practices Handbook.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and discipline, with a focus on taking ownership and driving results.
