- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified team members to join our team.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food and service.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Initiative.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Government Programs: Recognized employer, Permanent employment, English language, 30 hours per week.
