Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead – Palliative Care Implementation and the Regional Implementation team
- Assess and implement strategies for the effective execution of priority initiatives
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools
- Track regional implementation status and suggest solutions for challenges
- Support data gathering and analysis for quality enhancement projects
- Collaborate with clinical professionals to facilitate educational and coaching sessions

Qualifications:
