Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist to join our Mineral Resource Development team at Lion One Metals Ltd. as an Exploration Geologist. This is a key role that requires strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive the growth and discovery of our mineral resource asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of approved work programs to increase the value of our mineral resource asset.
  • Implement discovery strategies to identify new mineral deposits and expand existing ones.
  • Contribute to maintaining our tenement package and participating in joint venture exploration activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate geoscience data and orebody knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Implement business improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-5 years of industry experience in exploration geology.
  • Degree in Geology and current manual driver's license.
  • Possess or working towards industry accreditation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce technical procedures and documentation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to demonstrate safe behavior and promote a safety culture.
Working Relationships

This role requires strong working relationships with internal teams, including Mine Operations and Site Services, as well as external partners, such as consultants and community stakeholders.
