Are you committed to the field of nursing? Become a part of our dedicated team at Northern Health Authority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist focused on delivering empathetic patient care. Under the supervision of the Program Manager for Critical Care and Surgery, the nurse will evaluate, plan, implement, and assess patient care in accordance with established quality management protocols.
Participate in the Northern Health In-House Emergency Training Program, which includes:
- Introduction to fundamental topics, concepts, and practice guidelines.
- Development of specialized skills for safe and effective patient care.
- Encouragement of professionalism within the emergency nursing field.
- Availability of training positions for the upcoming training cycle.
- Support for educational expenses including tuition and materials.
- Flexible scheduling for practical training.
- Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of an ECG course are mandatory.
- A commitment to a four-month educational program.
Monday to Friday, Day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00
