Logistics Coordinator

FEI International Express Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping goods to our customers.
- Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match the orders and are in good condition.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical demands.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
