Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Advisor to join our team at Envision Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their financial needs are met, and building strong relationships with current and potential members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Respond to member inquiries and concerns through various channels, including digital platforms and phone. Build strong relationships with members, identify their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions or referrals to our financial advisors.
  • Member Transactions: Process a range of member transactions, including account openings, debit/credit card applications, and deposits. Promote digital banking adoption and achieve individual sales and referral targets.
  • Branch Goals: Contribute to the achievement of annual branch goals and objectives by promoting our financial products and services, participating in branch campaigns, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Other Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies. Participate in process improvement initiatives and strive to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Branch/Team Support: Collaborate with team members, provide support and guidance, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Completion of FW Sales Essentials Course within 6 months of hire required
  • Must complete the internal First West certification program specific to this role within the required timeframe
  • College, Trade, or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred
  • 2 years of retail/customer service experience or equivalent required
  • Sales and cash handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify member needs and recommend financial products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with members
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by adhering to company policies and procedures
Compensation

Starting Salary: $45,552.12

Please note that the starting salary for this position is based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and any subsequent increases are outlined as such.
