Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest accommodations at Canada's Best Value Inn & Suites. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is set within a hotel, motel, or resort environment, where attention to detail and guest satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens to ensure guest comfort.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or items.
  • Remove debris and empty waste containers regularly.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain overall cleanliness.
