Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

JEALOUS PIZZA N DONAIR is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently delivered to our customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively and safely.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire skilled food service staff, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service department operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on food service operations, ensuring that management is informed of key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
