Job Title: Senior VP of Sales

At iA Clarington, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior VP of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and maintain positive asset growth within the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through proactive prospecting efforts, phone calls, virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Recruit and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the sales team is equipped to respond effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in the wealth management industry, specifically within an investment wholesaler or internal wholesaler capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an advisory region and prospecting within the IIROC channel.
  • Advanced communication skills in French and English due to interactions with English and French speaking partners across Canada.
  • Minimum completion of the CSC and other industry designations indicating a passion for capital markets.
