Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at DEE HOLDINGS LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective financial management and decision-making.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Financial Systems and Reporting: Monitor financial control systems, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare regular financial reports.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators, recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
