Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate clear communication among all parties involved (clients, advisors, and various team members).
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and through email.
- Evaluate client accounts to identify opportunities for the business growth of investment advisors.
- Meticulously execute transactions related to investment accounts.
- Establish and maintain client files, ensuring they are current.
- Organize advisors' schedules, coordinate appointments, and prepare for client meetings.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management protocols.
Your team:
The Wealth Management division at National Bank ranks as the fifth largest securities broker in Canada, with nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for a diverse clientele across approximately 100 branches. You will collaborate closely with an investment advisor to provide exceptional client experiences, where teamwork and trust will be crucial to your success.

Qualifications:
- Completed college diploma in a relevant field.
