About the Role

Casper Flooring Ltd is seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including resilient and hardwood floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install resilient floor coverings and prepare hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare floors for installations and remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physically demanding
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
