About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Papa Don's Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Food Quality Control: Inspect and taste all food products to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
