Description:

As a Psychiatric Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting nurses with routine care, such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility, as well as participating in organized activities and programs. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting on patient mood, health, and well-being, maintaining effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals, and contributing to a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12. A combination of education and experience satisfactory to the employer will also be considered.
