Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Security Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to our clients. Your expertise in risk management and wealth protection will enable you to provide valuable solutions to our clients based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.
  • Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment by meeting clients when it is most convenient for them.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools/electronic forms.
  • Contribute to and be accountable for team sales success through the achievement of individual sales goals.
  • Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centres of influence.
  • Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Life License (HLLQP/LLQP) Insurance of persons certification or the willingness to complete it prior to start date.
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and a strong ambition to succeed.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Professional sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • An existing network of referrals within the community.
  • Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools.
