Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons (Fresh Hospitality Group). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
