Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Dhaliwal's Lounge is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communication: Take orders, relay to kitchen and bar staff, and provide updates to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
