About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Mario's Barber Shop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Styling: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shaving and Grooming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches, and provide other hair treatment services such as waving, straightening, and tinting.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience.
  • Supervision: Supervise apprentices or students in training, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that the shop is well-stocked and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
