- Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Provide training to staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Execute various administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives.
- Proficient in electronic mail and scheduling tools.
- Skilled in spreadsheet and accounting software.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
