Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at YA Solutions Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Train staff on new procedures and technologies to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
