Position Overview

As a Community Care Assistant , you will play a vital role in enabling individuals within your community to maintain their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multiple home visits daily to provide essential support
  • Assist with meal preparation and dining activities
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Aid in personal hygiene routines, including bathing and grooming
  • Support clients with daily living activities
Qualifications:
  • Empathy and strong listening abilities
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes within a designated area
  • Availability to work on alternate weekends
  • Experience with seniors or children is advantageous
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background check upon hiring
  • Previous experience in personal care is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
