WSP Canada is seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our field operations focused on oceanographic and terrestrial data collection initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of daily projects under the supervision of the Technical Manager.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and calibration of specialized equipment.
  • Conduct operational checks for both marine and terrestrial monitoring systems.
  • Adhere to safety and quality assurance protocols.
  • Manage warehouse organization, inventory oversight, and logistics for shipping and receiving.
  • Support technical documentation efforts for various projects and proposals.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with ADCPs, wave buoys, dataloggers, RPUs, and construction practices.
  • Willingness to travel by vessel or aircraft for extended periods on short notice.
  • Strong communication skills and readiness to work flexible hours.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to complete safety training.
  • Demonstrated confidence and proficiency in fieldwork.
