About the Role

Aimsio is seeking a skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving adoption of our platform, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our platform
  2. Drive client adoption of new products and features, and provide training and support as needed
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap and ensure client needs are met
  5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Knowledge of industries with field operations, such as construction, oilfield services, or transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
  2. Knowledge of B2B SaaS products and their applications
  3. Ability to present to medium to large groups

Aimsio is a dynamic B2B SaaS firm with a strong focus on customer success. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 CAD to $90,000 CAD, based on skillset and experience. We are a remote-first company, with a flexible work environment that allows for occasional travel to our home cities in Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver.
