Customer Success Advocate

Aimsio is seeking a skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving adoption of our platform, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our platform
- Drive client adoption of new products and features, and provide training and support as needed
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap and ensure client needs are met
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industries with field operations, such as construction, oilfield services, or transportation
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS products and their applications
- Ability to present to medium to large groups
Aimsio is a dynamic B2B SaaS firm with a strong focus on customer success. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 CAD to $90,000 CAD, based on skillset and experience. We are a remote-first company, with a flexible work environment that allows for occasional travel to our home cities in Calgary, Toronto, and Vancouver.
