About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ghangas Corporation. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, organized, client focus, ability to multitask, punctuality, and honesty.
