Commercial Finance Assistant

As a pivotal member of the North America Commercial Finance team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional deal support and nurturing collaborative partnerships with the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the North America sales teams, offering expert guidance on customer inquiries, pricing strategies, and contract-related matters.
- Primary Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the commercial finance team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across business units.
- Deal Structuring Guidance: Provide comprehensive insights on deal structuring across various Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with sales teams, focusing on sustainable business growth beyond immediate revenue targets.
- Analytical Insight: Utilize strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess and advise on risks and commercial-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a finance-related role, particularly in commercial finance, revenue accounting, pricing, or billing.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, proactively contributing to both internal and external projects.
