Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our mainstream chilled business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across our Tropicana, Dole, and Twister brands
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive pricing, trade, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to inform commercial decisions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including North American GMs and brand leaders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue growth management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
