Job Summary

Ravnoor Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and ensure the smooth operation of food service activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
