Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SEL Food Services Enterprise Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest quality standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
