Position Overview

As a vital member of our logistics team at Jobcart, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Executing order selection and packaging tasks within a warehouse setting.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
  • A valid forklift certification is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and iPhone usage is required.
  • Dependability, trustworthiness, and punctuality are critical attributes.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and perform demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended durations.
  • Basic mechanical skills for the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is beneficial.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in order picking and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures.
  • Understanding of order fulfillment processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude for operating warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes).
  • Awareness of warehouse distribution methods.
